Job Title: Senior Fleet Administrator

Job Summary:

The Senior Fleet Administrator will provide administrative and operational support associated with the provision and use of Commercial Vehicles and Materials Handling Equipment throughout Stark in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise Purchase Orders within approved limits
  • Support the team to achieve statutory fleet compliance
  • Accurately maintain supply chain information against new asset orders
  • Accurately maintain the Fleet database and all other relevant electronic records
  • Manage enquiries from our 'customers' and seek suitable resolutions where problems exist
  • Follow functional procedures accurately and identify improvement opportunities
  • Assist in the production of fleet Key Performance Indicators and understand how to positively affect outcomes/results

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Exceptional customer service and effective communication, both written & verbal
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as well as being a team player
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Flexible, with an ability to deal with high volumes
  • Experience with MS Office; must be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets (in particular pivot tables and vlookup)
  • Understanding the importance of handling confidential/sensitive/legal information
  • Willingness to learn and a desire to progress

Desirable:

  • Interest in/knowledge of vehicle maintenance, legal compliance, road transport law
  • Supply chain knowledge
  • SQL/Crystal/Excel reporting
  • Negotiation & analysis
