Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse Haematology to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a unique opportunity to work with advanced treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy, and to deliver individualized care plans for haematology/oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for haematology/oncology patients, including complex cases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)
- Haematology and/or Oncology nursing experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus extensive benefits package.
