We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the recruitment team with formatting CVs and other documents
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to queries
- Compile and collate information for business reports and presentations
- Organize company documents, including new starter packs and marketing materials
- Support marketing and social media efforts
- Coordinate company events and activities
- Update our CRM system to ensure accurate records
