Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creation Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Baltic Apprenticeships. As a Content Creator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in content creation while working with a company committed to continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement content strategies across social media, blogs, videos, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with industry professionals to create engaging content that elevates our brand and tells the story of Kaizen-FM and its clients
• Work towards your Content Creation qualification, delivered by our expert training team
• Provide social media management, including creating engaging posts, analyzing insights, and reporting on performance

• Grade 5 in Maths and 4 in English is essential for this role
• Creative with a passion for social media/marketing
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience
• Passion for learning and a willingness to develop your skills
