About the Role:

Pertemps TM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their team in Exeter. As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the civil operations and developing business for the office.

  • Develop business opportunities for the office, identifying new clients and projects.
  • Maintain existing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Run team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Plan and manage the workforce to meet project demands.
  • Take responsibility for recruitment and growth within the team.

You will work on a range of sectors, including:

  • Commercial development
  • Healthcare infrastructure
  • Residential construction
  • Conservation and heritage projects
