At Multitech Site Services Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our regional team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out plumbing installation work on our construction sites.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with the regional engineer to ensure smooth project execution.
- Install temporary plumbing services, including water, soil, and waste systems.
- Isolate gas and water services on client sites and complete isolation certificates.
- Conduct site paperwork to record activity and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Install plumbing fit-outs for client welfare and office facilities, including electric water heating systems.
- Install site water pumps and break tanks on various construction sites.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as a qualified plumber.
- 2+ years of experience working in the UK construction industry.
- CSCS/JIB graded skills card or equivalent.
- Full driving license.
- Self-motivated and able to plan own work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with temporary plumbing installations.
- ACoP L8 certification.
- Boosted water systems knowledge.
- Chlorination certificate.
- Gas Safe certificate.
