Sales Assistant - Sauchiehall Street

At Claire's Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

  • As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.
  • You will work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve retail store targets and ensure a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Key responsibilities include demonstrating products, assisting customers with their queries, and processing store deliveries and visual merchandising.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

About You

  • You will have some high school education and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will be able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
  • You will have a sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills.
  • You will be able to operate a POS system and have basic computer skills.
