We are seeking a high quality Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our established, dynamic and highly respected New Homes Mortgage Broker practice covering the North West region.

• Lead generation and conversion of leads to achieve targets
• Excellent relationship management of developer accounts, including regular sales meetings and site visits
• Providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market
• Maintaining company policy of treating customers fairly

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) with at least 12 months recent experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently from a home office base
