Urban Renewal Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Renewal Director to lead our regeneration and development efforts in Rochdale. This is a key role that will drive transformational growth, unlock strategic opportunities, and deliver the borough's regeneration priorities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams focused on project management and property management. They will work closely with stakeholders such as the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, government bodies, and public and private sector partners to design and implement high-impact schemes.

As an Urban Renewal Director, you will ensure that RDAs regeneration and development priorities align with the strategic goals of Rochdale Council, improving connectivity, increasing residential and commercial floorspace, and promoting high-quality development across the borough.

The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
