To succeed in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings.
