Job Title: GP Pharmacist - Clinical Leadership

We are seeking an experienced GP Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and a passion for improving patient care in general practice.

About the Role

The GP Pharmacist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide clinical pharmacy leadership and support to general practices. The role will involve:

  • Providing clinical pharmacy leadership and support to general practices
  • Developing and implementing clinical pharmacy services to improve patient care
  • Working closely with healthcare professionals to provide medication reviews and optimisation
  • Leading and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Providing education and training to healthcare professionals on clinical pharmacy topics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in clinical pharmacy
  • Experience of working in general practice
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for improving patient care
