Job Description:


As a Renewable Energy Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer business and strategy, and helping to define solutions by asking provocative questions.


You will scope and charter projects to deliver to customers, conduct gap analysis to understand technical configuration requirements, consolidate technical requirements for the solution to be implemented, and connect technical requirements of the customer with the project and solutions team.


Additionally, you will act as a 'super user' of the solution to coach on-site role holders, upkeep of requirements documentation, and facilitation of other processes. You will also partner with the data and architecture teams to ensure quality and standards are met.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need solid relevant experience as a business analyst or in business intelligence, along with a solid understanding of commercial/business drivers across the renewable energy value chain.


You must have experience speaking and presenting ideas in front of customer groups of various sizes, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to execute.


A degree in a relevant discipline or certifications pertaining to the role is also essential. Strong influencing skills, with a reputation for getting things done effectively, are also required.


You should also have knowledge of renewable technologies, a plus, and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with a willingness to stretch yourself outside typical role boundaries.
