Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our theatre training and development initiatives. As a Theatre Training and Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our theatre staff.
Your expertise will help us maintain a skilled workforce, providing exceptional patient care and promoting good practices throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programs to meet the needs of theatre staff.
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues to develop their skills and confidence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Benefits
- Salary range: £45,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Generous holiday entitlement: 27 days paid annual leave (plus bank holidays), rising to 33 days plus bank holidays.
