  • Develop and provide a Functional Urology service for patients with urinary incontinence and urinary tract complications.
  • Participate in theatre cover and contribute to the on-call consultant and consultant of the week rota.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through training, research, and collaboration with peers.
