Product Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Executive to join our dynamic team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Product Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Manager in all aspects of product management for designated geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to select and develop the product portfolio for designated destinations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure effective management of supplier relationships within the relevant destinations.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of supplier events to drive business growth.
  • Analyze booking data, web analytics, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven proposals to maximize performance.
  • Ensure that the identified product is on sale according to agreed time frames, and contribute to monitoring the quality of product on sale within the product portfolio.
  • Identify product training needs within the business and contribute to the preparation and delivery of training programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the travel industry, with a background in product/purchasing roles, preferably with a tour operator or online travel agency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to manage and prioritize workloads.
  • Full driving license, with the ability to drive abroad (preferred).
