Highway Inspector Technician

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Highway Inspector Technician. As a key member of our Highways Directorate, you will be responsible for delivering NRSWA inspections and permit inspections, ensuring the successful delivery of our duties and responsibilities as Highway Authority.

• Monitor utility works on our highway network to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support the implementation of service improvements and excellent customer care.
• Work closely with other services within the Highways Division to develop service improvements and efficiencies.
• Contribute to achieving required performance targets and support the area-based highways maintenance team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) and relevant regulations. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
