Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pollside Educator to join our team at The Independent Schools Council. As a Swim England-qualified instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art sports centre with a newly established Repton Swimming Club. You will be working closely with the Learn to Swim Coordinator to plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the Swim England framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lesson Planning: Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to students of different skill levels.
  • Techinique Correction: Provide expert feedback to students on their technique.
  • Online Portals: Maintain accurate records of student progress on online portals.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the Learn to Swim Coordinator to achieve programme goals.

What We Offer

In this rewarding role, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £20.35 per hour (inclusive of holiday rates). This is a casual contract position with varying hours, requiring flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
