About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Major Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Brand Innovation and Growth: Develop and execute brand innovation plans based on consumer-led insights to drive business growth.
  • Product Development and Launch: Oversee the development and launch of new products, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Advertising and Promotions: Manage advertising and promotions across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Manage allocated marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the category team to identify issues and opportunities, and develop associated actions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates to the line manager and senior management, and reports as required.
  • Brand Champion: Serve as a brand champion internally and externally, promoting the brand's values and mission.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum.
  • Car Allowance: £4,200 per annum.
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days based in the office, with flexible working arrangements.
  • Holiday Entitlement: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays.

Requirements
