The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including access to CPD opportunities and a guaranteed weekly payment.

Job Description
  • Drive the strategic direction of children's social care services to achieve the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers to deliver high-quality services and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years post-qualification children and families work experience.
  • Significant experience of working in a leadership role within children's social care.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills to the required level.
  • DipSW/CQSW/MASW/BAHONSSW equivalent qualification.
  • Post-qualifying supervision of SWs or students.
