Job Description

**Job Title:** Team Manager for Children's Social Workers

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Remote (Flexible Working Schedules)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support 6 ASYEs in the Assessment and Intervention Service. The successful candidate will provide initial weekly and then moving to fortnightly case supervisions and reflective group sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case supervisions and reflective group sessions
  • Undertake direct observations
  • Individual mentoring, coaching, teaching, and modeling good practice
  • Group teaching and learning via workshops
  • Complete the 3-month report
  • Support Team Managers in identifying and addressing learning and development needs of the ASYEs

Requirements:

  • Social Work England Registered (SWE)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
