**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to support 6 ASYEs in the Assessment and Intervention Service. The successful candidate will provide initial weekly and then moving to fortnightly case supervisions and reflective group sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide case supervisions and reflective group sessions
- Undertake direct observations
- Individual mentoring, coaching, teaching, and modeling good practice
- Group teaching and learning via workshops
- Complete the 3-month report
- Support Team Managers in identifying and addressing learning and development needs of the ASYEs
Requirements:
- Social Work England Registered (SWE)
- Enhanced DBS
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
