Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of students nationally and internationally.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring it is efficient, transparent, and applicant-focused.
- Lead and manage the admissions and recruitment team, ensuring team members are well-trained and motivated.
- Monitor recruitment trends and admissions data to provide regular reports on recruitment performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and industry networks to promote the school and strengthen the recruitment pipeline.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Education, Business, Film Studies).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment or admissions, preferably within higher education or creative industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of the admissions process, including managing application systems and CRM tools.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000, plus OTE bonus.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
