Job Overview

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging events, making travel arrangements, and managing IT systems such as Office 365. They will also be expected to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange events and meetings, both internally and externally
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation
  • Manage IT systems, including Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Provide administrative support to senior members of staff

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in IT packages, including Office 365
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A high level of organization and attention to detail
