Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmes that support the needs of our young people, ensuring they receive the guidance and support required to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our Outreach and Marketing teams to create engaging experiences that foster positive relationships between our young people and the wider community.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and engagement of our young people in our programmes.
  • Identify and remove barriers that hinder our young people's progress, providing tailored support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Champion the support and learning needs of our young people with employers and partners, ensuring they receive the resources required to thrive.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality experiences and outcomes for our young people.
  • Design and deliver employability sessions that equip our young people with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.
  • Monitor and record information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners, ensuring accurate reflection of their journeys and compliance with funding contracts.
  • Lead the charge in creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported, implementing local action plans that align with our EDI goals.
