Job Overview

This exciting opportunity is available within the Commercial Recoveries team at Blake Morgan LLP, based in our Southampton office. As a Litigation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing debt recovery and return of goods cases.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in issuing Court proceedings, negotiating with defendants, developing pre-litigation collections strategies, and enforcing County Court Judgments.


We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
