Role Overview

We are looking for an Advancement Manager to join our Contract Services Claims & Disputes team. The successful candidate will work on developing and implementing contract and commercial strategies to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes. This role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in contract negotiation and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critically analysing project and major programme performance;
  • Developing and implementing contract and commercial strategies;
  • Managing stakeholders effectively, including clients and supply-chain partners;
  • Reviewing project records to establish delay associated with claims and disputes;
Requirements
  • A construction-related degree qualification or legal qualification;
  • Experience in leading claims pursuit and resolution;
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills;
  • Contract negotiation and dispute resolution expertise;
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £125,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
