About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin to join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and guiding a defined group of team members, fostering their growth through CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal processes.
  • Maintaining and reviewing comprehensive Nursing Care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and adapting care accordingly, recognizing individual needs and responding promptly to changes.
  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement and participation in their care.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress.
  • Assuming leadership roles, such as leading shifts, mentoring student nurses, and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of practice, adhering to codes of conduct, legislation, and promoting ethical behavior within the organization.

Your Rewards

This rewarding role offers an excellent annual salary of £37,992 - £40,455, depending on your level of experience.
