Transactional Tax Senior Manager / Director

This pivotal role will see you working alongside leading Corporate Finance colleagues to provide advisory services to a well-established portfolio of large corporate clients and private equity houses.

You'll be part of a collaborative 130 strong multi-discipline tax team who are spread across nine offices. With support from 13 experienced Tax Partners, the team do interesting and meaningful work daily.

The role comes with flexible, hybrid working with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your Tax career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scoping and pricing new projects
  • Preparing risk assessments to identify key tax issues
  • Liaising with clients and engagement teams to understand and document legal, accounting and commercial background to engagements
  • Drafting and reviewing tax advice
  • Reviewing tax deeds and warranties in transaction documents
  • Liaising with non-UK firms in the PKF network to obtain input on international tax projects and preparing advice on the impact of UK and non-UK taxes

With the following skills and experience, you'll deliver high quality services to our diverse client portfolio:

  • Significant experience of tax with a focus on company and shareholder taxation, structuring and transactions
  • Excellent technical tax knowledge
  • CTA qualification, ACA or ACCA an advantage
  • Proven coaching ability
