About the Role

Wayman Education seeks a strong Early Career Teacher to join our community school. This two-form entry school has a Good Ofsted rating and offers a supportive environment for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Deliver High-Quality Education: Teach EYFS, KS1, and KS2 students, providing a well-structured and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with the school team to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and student support.
  • Monitor Student Progress: Regularly assess and record students' academic performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in School Activities: Prepare and participate in school-related events, performances, and parent/teacher meetings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • QTS or equivalent qualification.
  • A recognized teaching qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Education or any relevant field.
  • Excellent Teaching and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to teach and motivate students, manage classroom behavior, and contribute to school initiatives.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
