About the Role:

eGrove Systems is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term technical documentation for our digital platform, including source code, user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, and product specifications.
• Translate developer documentation into clear and concise technical documents for all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure accurate and easy-to-understand information.
• Understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Utilize strong research and analytical skills to deliver high-quality documentation on tight deadlines.
• Develop excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Work with MS Office or Google Docs to create and edit documentation.
