Childcare Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Team Lead - Level 3 to join our team at Adult Social Care.
Salary:
£32,000 - £42,000 per annum
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support services to children in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the childcare team to deliver outstanding care and support services.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues, families, and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in children's care.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare.
- Have at least 6 months experience in a team leader role within a children's home setting.
- Possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
