Audit Lead

Are you a seasoned accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have experience in auditing and financial reporting?
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team. As an Audit Senior, you will play a critical role in managing and completing all aspects of audit engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with audit planning, including resource allocation and deadlines
• Participate in client audit planning meetings
• Prepare financial statements and produce high-quality working papers
• Supervise, control, and review the work of the audit team
• Effectively deploy team members based on project needs
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to team members
• Address all queries from managers regarding audit work papers
• Finalise audit files and ensure assignments are completed
The successful candidate will have:
• Fully qualified ACA or ACCA accountant
• Strong knowledge of auditing within the Financial Services sector
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior staff
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in business report writing
