Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, and MLD.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENco to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, to ensure comprehensive support.
- Support students with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility.
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- Up-to-date DBS, ideally registered with the update service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and external agencies.
