About the Role:

New Directions Holding is seeking a reliable and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to work in Primary schools across the region. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the children have a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise children during lunchtime, promoting good manners and healthy eating habits.
• Ensure the school yard is safe and secure for children to play.
• Support the school's child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Develop strong relationships with children, teachers, and other school staff.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
