Key Responsibilities

As a Case Officer, you will support clients, creditors, and our organisational needs throughout the client journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building trust with clients by establishing rapport, listening, acknowledging, and guiding them through the process
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and third parties
  • Demonstrating a client-driven approach, responding to their needs in a supportive and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring accurate information is entered, updated, and maintained, with all relevant details recorded
  • Staying up-to-date with technical and process knowledge, highlighting concerns to your Team Manager
  • Suggesting improvements to inefficient or ineffective working practices
Requirements

We are looking for individuals with:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry (advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs
  • Exceptional customer service skills to handle challenging and vulnerable clients
  • A great team player with the confidence to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to work
  • A desire to show initiative and manage pressure and conflicting demands on time
