Job Title: Valuation Surveyor - Retail Sector Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Surveyor to join our team at Christie & Co, a leading specialist advisor for buying and selling businesses in various sectors, including retail. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for providing valuation services across the retail sector, with a focus on going concern convenience, roadside retail, garden centres, and other trading assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveying and valuing properties and trading businesses to determine value
  • Developing and maintaining a network of key contacts, including operators, solicitors, accountants, and other professional bodies
  • Generating business through email, telephone, individual initiatives, and other marketing
  • Using and diligently maintaining the Christie & Co CRM database of contacts, properties, and projects
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of RICS rules and regulations and company policies
  • Excellent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
