**Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated Senior Health Care Support Worker to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients and support registered practitioners in delivering compassionate health care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing Patient Care: Assist patients with daily tasks, perform assessments, and provide phlebotomy services under the supervision of a registered healthcare practitioner.
  • Supporting Clinics: Work in busy outpatient clinics, supporting registered practitioners with patient care and administrative tasks.

**Requirements:**

  • Clinical Experience: Provide care in a healthcare or social setting.
  • Communication Skills: Effective and appropriate communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Patient Care: Committed to providing high-quality patient care.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work as a member of a team.

**Salary and Benefits:** Estimated salary £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.

**Qualifications and Training:** Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as City and Guilds 3, NVQ 3, BTEC National Diploma, or equivalent experience.
