We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent to join our dynamic residential sales team in Redditch. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.

Your Role
As an Estate Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Providing outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Being resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems
- Having a Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
