We're seeking a skilled Housekeeping Team Lead to join our Premier Inn Hotel in Leamington Spa Town Centre. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas are always clean and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
