Stepping Stones is a leading provider of learn to swim programs in Scotland, delivering high-quality lessons to children in small groups. As a lifeguard and swimming teacher, you will be responsible for the safe delivery of our program and providing a positive experience for swimmers and their families.

We are seeking a fun, approachable, and knowledgeable individual who loves working with children. Our ideal candidate will be able to adapt to each situation, remain calm under pressure, and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe delivery of swimming lessons
  • Poolside coordination and support for swim teachers
  • Feedback to the Stepping Stones office as required

Qualifications:

  • National Rescue Award for Swim Teachers (NRASTC)
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • STA International Pool Lifeguard

Additional Qualities:

  • Fun, friendly, and bubbly personality
  • Ability to engage with swimmers and their families
  • Flexibility to work a range of days and times
