About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Process Engineer to lead our process engineering projects and teams in the Nuclear and Power business. As a key member of our engineering delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing process engineering projects, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and leading a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead process engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to nuclear and power generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in process engineering, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization, process engineering, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the nuclear or energy industry is an asset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
