About the Role
We are seeking a skilled English Language Instructor to join our team at Richmond Adult Community College. As a member of our Skills for Life team, you will report to the Programme Manager for English and be responsible for teaching a range of accredited and non-accredited FS and GCSE courses.
Key responsibilities include course planning, preparation, marking homework and classwork, and course administration, including monitoring and supporting learners to complete PLPs. You will also provide advice and information about English courses to a range of learners.
About You
Applicants should hold a full teaching qualification and have experience of teaching English. Previous teaching experience within an adult setting would be an advantage. As well as qualification-based courses, we offer skills-based, non-qualification courses for our learners, and some experience of RARPA would be beneficial.
