Role Overview

The Care Manager Lead will be responsible for assessing and managing care for vulnerable adults under close supervision. This role is ideal for individuals with a DipSW or equivalent qualification, HCPC registration, current DBS, and a car driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of vulnerable adults.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to ensure the well-being of service users.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including assessment documentation and care plan reviews.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to promote trust and understanding.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive competitive pay rates, weekly payroll, free access to an online training portal, and dedicated consultant support.

Requirements:
  • DipSW or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Current DBS.
  • Car driver's license.
