Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

  • Maintain and improve quality standards, reducing scrap and waste.
  • Monitor and analyze production KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with internal departments, teams, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and communication.
  • Supervise and motivate a team of Team Leaders and Assembly operators.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of Lean methodology and root cause analysis.

  • Able to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
