About the Role

Coburg Banks Technical is seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Manager to lead our Domiciliary Care Service in Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our home care branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a busy home care branch, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
  • Collaborate with our Care Coordinator and Field Care supervisors to develop and implement effective care plans, personalized to meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Work closely with our Managing Directors to devise and implement marketing strategies to increase care hours delivered by the branch.
  • Ensure refresher training and induction training are delivered to a high standard, equipping staff with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Recruit and manage a team of care and support staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Review and refine branch processes to ensure alignment with current CQC standards.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in managing a domiciliary care service offering circa 2000 care hours per week.
  • An NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience in delivering induction training is desirable but not essential.
