Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Litigation Senior Associate to join our Intellectual Property and Technology group in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex patent litigation cases and providing expert advice to clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of innovation-related work, including patent and trade secret disputes, FTO analysis, and patentability advice. You will also have the chance to work with multiple partners and colleagues across key jurisdictions, developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling patent litigation cases, including UK litigation and ADR
  • Providing expert advice on patent and trade secret matters
  • Working with clients to develop strategies for managing patent risk and maximizing returns on R&D investment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients

About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced lawyer with a strong background in patent litigation. You will have excellent academic credentials, a deep understanding of technical issues, and a commercially focused approach. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect, influence, and collaborate at all levels.
