Job Description

The Role will involve directly managing a team of volunteers to maximise profit and deliver set targets and KPIs, ensuring impeccable standards are set and maintained in the shop.

You will combine commercial acumen with creativity, leading your team to deliver the highest standards of customer service and presentation to maximise income.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a successful and unique shop, working alongside our Marketing and Fundraising teams to promote the shop within the community and build an exceptional team committed to raising funds for Saint Catherine's Hospice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Fundraising teams to promote the shop and raise awareness of the charity's mission.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient store operations.

Requirements

  • A highly organised individual with a keen interest in charity retail.
  • Experience of successfully working towards sales targets.
  • Able to bring fresh ideas and a forward-thinking mindset to the role.
