About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team as a Bank B7 Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist. The successful candidate will work closely with children, parents, and educational staff to provide specialist services to children with Speech/Language and communication needs (SLCN).

Key Responsibilities

The post holder will assess the needs for, develop and implement specialist Speech and Language Therapy treatment to children referred to the SLT Education service. They will also provide advice to others regarding the management and care of children with communication difficulties.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree in Speech and Language Therapy, Health Care Professionals Council Registration to Practise, and Registered membership of RCSLT with the right to work in the UK. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' postgraduate experience working with children with complex needs who present with a range of speech, language and communication difficulties.
