Job Summary
Cheval Collection is looking for a Procurement Manager to support our procurement function. As a key resource, you will collaborate with both internal teams and suppliers on a daily basis, driving the procurement process across a diverse range of operations.

Key Duties:
- Act as the lead super user for the procurement system, ensuring accurate maintenance of supplier details, products, pricing, and other relevant modules
- Deliver training for new starters and provide ongoing support to existing users
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and departmental guidelines
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing updates, product changes, and address any queries
- Stay updated with new trends, regulations, and best practices in procurement

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience in a procurement role within a luxury lifestyle brand, preferably hospitality
- Broad knowledge of procurement systems and practical experience with procurement processes and systems
- Basic to intermediate experience in bookkeeping, managing financial records, including tracking income and expenses, invoicing, and reconciling accounts
