Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Analyst to join our Controls team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth analyses to identify trends and patterns in risk data
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management practices
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations
