We are currently seeking a skilled Relay Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Specialist Services.

We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual to support our growing business by collecting and delivering parcels and pouches to small and large businesses in our portfolio.

Your day will start by planning your delivery route to a schedule. You will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels, pouches, and tote boxes, and must be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg. You will also be required to work paid overtime, including possible Saturday overtime.

We are looking for a positive team player who is flexible enough to help colleagues ensure that all our customers get their items on time. You must enjoy customer interaction and have great communication and interpersonal skills which will help us deliver our usual excellent customer service.

Requirements

We require a full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than 6 penalty points. Ideally, a clean licence is preferred. Your driving licence must cover vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

Benefits

We are offering a Fixed Term contract for 12 months with the following benefits:

Pay monthly, hourly rate of £14.87 per hour. Please note that you must be flexible (the above rates do not include any overtime).
